There's no launcher icon, but I think the native (as well as most 3rd
party) Camera app will respond to the ACTION_IMAGE_CAPTURE intent and take
photos using the front camera.

Intercept layout android loading choice

I think switching it in setContentView() is exactly right.  The main
question then is, how do you decide which user gets which layout, and
how do you make it consistent?  The latter, I would accomplish by
writing something into Shared Preferences.
